以循环冷却水的极限浓缩倍率作为评价标准,通过响应面优化法,拟合得到了水体极限浓缩倍率关于循环冷却水5种水质指标及阻垢剂加药量的2次回归方程,得到了循环冷却水部分水质指标、阻垢剂加药量与水体极限浓缩倍率之间的定量关系。试验结果表明,Ca2+、HCO3-、Mg2+含量、阻垢剂加药量和pH、浊度等因素均影响循环冷却水的结垢。响应面优化设计方法可以用于循环冷却水结垢模型的建立,通过响应面设计得到的模型能较好的用于水体结垢预测分析,为现场中水水质改变时,阻垢剂加药量的改变提供理论指导。
Taking the limit concentration of circulating cooling water as the evaluation standard, the limit enrichment rate of water body was fitted by the response surface optimization method. The second regression equation about the five water quality indexes of circulating cooling water and the dosing amount of scale inhibitor was obtained. Some water quality indicators of cooling water, dosage of scale inhibitor and the limit of water concentration quantitative relationship between quantitative. The test results show that Ca2 +, HCO3-, Mg2 + content, scale inhibitor dosage and pH, turbidity and other factors affect the scale of circulating cooling water. Response surface optimization design method can be used for the establishment of circulating cooling water scaling model, the response surface design model can be better for prediction of water scaling prediction for the scene when the water quality changes, scale inhibitor dosage The changes provide theoretical guidance.
