目的:应用扫描印模帽(scannable impression coping,SIC)快速制作种植支持的氧化锆冠修复体,并观察其临床疗效。方法:右下第前二磨牙缺失1例,经种植体植入术后3个月复诊。通过口内扫描,结合应用SIC和计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造(computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing,CAD/CAM),椅旁快速制作氧化锆冠修复体,按照改良的美国公共卫生署(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)标准以及种植体成功标准进行1年的临床疗效评价。结果:术后1年复查种植体无松动,且X线片示周围无透影区,种植体周围无骨组织吸收。修复体无脱落,折断、劈裂等不良现象。临床指标均达到A级指标。结论:应用SIC快速制作氧化锆冠修复体是一种快速、简便和精确的修复方式。
OBJECTIVE: To rapidly fabricate implant-supported zirconium oxide crowns with a scannable impression coping (SIC) and observe its clinical efficacy. Methods: The first lower right molar of the first two molars was lost in 1 case, and the implant was implanted for 3 months after the referral. A zirconium oxide crown prosthesis was quickly made by the chair alongside the SIC and computer aided design / computer aided manufacturing (CAD / CAM) using an intraoral scan, followed by a modified United States Public Health Service, USPHS) standards and implant success criteria for a year of clinical efficacy evaluation. Results: One year after operation, there was no loosening of the implant. There was no transillumination around the X-ray film and no bone tissue around the implant. Restoration without shedding, broken, splitting and other undesirable phenomena. Clinical indicators have reached A-level indicators. CONCLUSIONS: The rapid fabrication of zirconium oxide crowns using SIC is a rapid, simple and accurate method of repair.
