本文第一部份从宽物面上任意点都满足理想聚焦条件出发,联立求解运动方程和拉氏方程,导出了能使宽电子束获得理想聚焦的场分布——双曲场。根据初始条件,解出了电子在该场中的运动特性。本文(二)、(三)部份分析了双曲场和具有双曲场与无场区的二电极系统的电子光学特性。文中还分析了双曲场作为中间透镜的三电极系统的聚焦成象关系式以及利用双曲场的特性改变某变象管的计算结果,使边缘象质可以得到提高。综上所述,文章提出了利用双曲场消除场曲,调匀分辨率的概念。
In the first part of the paper, the ideal hyperconvergence of the wide electron beam is obtained by solving the equations of motion and the Lagrange equations simultaneously from any point on the wide object. According to the initial conditions, the motion of the electrons in the field is solved. In part (b) and (c) of this article, the electron optical properties of the two-electrode system with hyperbolic field and hyperbolic field and without field are analyzed. In this paper, we also analyze the focal imaging relationship of the three-electrode system with the hyperbolic field as the middle lens and the calculation result of changing the image tube by the characteristics of the hyperbolic field so that the edge image quality can be improved. In summary, the article puts forward the concept of using hyperbolic field to eliminate field curvature and make the resolution uniform.
