采用单因子随机区组设计,分析了肥宝对小偃6号小麦种子发芽的效应。结果表明,在肥宝用量分别为0mg(CK)、15mg、20mg、25mg、30mg和35mg的6个处理中,用量从15mg逐渐增加至30mg,对种子的发芽势、根条数、根生长量均有明显或极显著的促进作用尤以30mg拌种的效果最佳,可使小麦种子发芽势提高20%,根条数增加0.41个,根生长量加快19.2mm,芽生长量加快0.97mm,35mg用量的作用显著降低。肥宝对小偃6号小麦种子的发芽率影响甚微。
The single factor randomized block design was used to analyze the effect of fertilizer on the germination of wheat germplasm Xiaoyan 6.
