目的 通过观察双歧杆菌及其细胞壁肽多糖 ( Cell Wall Preparation,whole peptidoglycon,WPG)对 S1 80 荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及在体内外对 IL- 6和 TNF- α生成的影响 ,探讨双歧杆菌及其 WPG的免疫调节和抑瘤作用机制。方法 采用经驯化而具有一定耐氧能力的两歧双歧杆菌 C1 4 株及其 WPG腹腔免疫S1 80 荷瘤小鼠 ,应用放射免疫检测小鼠外周血中的 IL- 6和 TNF- α的含量 ,同时在体外观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生 IL - 6和 TNF-α的影响。结果 双歧杆菌及其 WPG在体内外对 IL - 6和 TNF-α的生成有明显的促进作用 ,对 S1 80 荷瘤小鼠均有明显抑瘤作用。结论 双歧杆菌及其 WPG可能通过刺激小鼠的巨噬细胞产生一些免疫活性因子而间接发挥抑瘤作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antitumor effects of Bifidobacterium and its whole peptidoglycon (WPG) on S180 tumor-bearing mice and its effects on the production of IL-6 and TNF-α in vitro and in vivo, Immunomodulatory and antitumor mechanisms of bacilli and their WPG. Methods The bovine Bifidobacterium bifidum C1 4 strain and its WPG peritoneal immunized S180 tumor-bearing mice were used to detect the content of IL-6 and TNF-α in the peripheral blood of mice by radioimmunoassay At the same time, the effects of IL - 6 and TNF - α produced by peritoneal macrophages were observed in vitro. Results Bifidobacterium and its WPG could significantly promote the production of IL - 6 and TNF - α in vitro and in vivo, and obviously inhibit the growth of S180 tumor - bearing mice. Conclusion Bifidobacterium and its WPG may indirectly exert anti-tumor effect by stimulating mouse macrophages to produce some immune active factors
