孵育出1天的小鸡单侧眼睑缝合,饲养在光照与黑暗各为12h的环境中,4周未屈光检查为-16.4D±+6.66D。另组缝合2周后剪开融合的眼睑,为-9.34D±0.34D的近视眼,保持双眼睁开继续饲养2周后屈光状态转变为+l.66D+0.81D。说明眼睑缝合2周近视已经发生,饲养在正常情况下,近视迅速消失,表现为可逆性。眼睑缝合的同时每日结膜下注射阿朴吗啡250ng,4周后为+0.67D±0.02D。抑制了近视的发生。眼睑缝合2周后每日分别注射250ng及500ng阿朴吗啡持续2周,2组的屈光分别为-1143D±4.47D及-6.83D±4.76D,而盐水对照组为-18.50D±6.32D,说明在鸡视觉发育的不同时期,阿朴吗啡的局部应用具有抑制近视的发生及减缓近视发展的作用.
