通知:各专署、市人民政府,专、市粮食局(公司),榆次专区各县府、粮食局前为解决粮食部门保存粮食困难,曾以(53)粮保字第一一八号通知:「关于各级粮食部门公粮占用之地方公房(公房、庙宇及没收之敌伪财产)决定一律不出房租,并不得以任何藉口让粮库腾房。」旋奉中央粮食部通知转达中央财政经济委员会决定:「凡属公产,业经各级地方政府拨交粮食系统使用之粮仓及专供经营粮食之其他固定资产,已有正式拨交文件可资依据者,其产权得确定为使用单位所有」。据此,当由粮食厅以粮会字二三三号通知着各地粮食部门向当地财政部门办理产权登记手续。兹据各地反映,有关粮食部门使用之固定资产究应执行何
