目的:探讨激励机制在妇产科护理管理中的实践体会。方法:资料选自2011年3月-2013年3月在我院就诊的妇产科患者112例、护理人员16例,且问卷调查患者护理满意度情况,以此分析激励机制在妇产科的护理管理当中对于患者所具有的满意度的影响与效果。结果:激励机制施行前护理满意度为82.14%,激励机制施行后护理满意度为97.32%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激励机制在妇产科的护理管理当中提高了护理人员所具有的能动性以及积极性,值得临床广泛推广与使用。“,”objective :to study the incentive mechanism in the management of gynecology and obstetrics nursing practice .Methods :the data in March 2011 -2013 in our hospital in March of 112 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients ,16 cases of nursing and patient care satisfaction questionnaire survey ,by analysis of incentive mechanism in gynecology and obstetrics nursing management for patients with the satisfaction of the influence and effect .Results :the nursing satisfaction prior to the enforcement of the incentive mechanism is 82 .14% , nursing satisfaction after the enforcement of the incentive mechanism was 97 .32% ,the difference statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclu-sion :incentive mechanism in gynecology and obstetrics nursing management to improve the nursing staff of the initiative and enthusiasm ,is worth to be widely in clinical use .
