对东风_4型机车牵引电动机抱轴瓦进行了在各种工况下的受力分析,指出靠近齿轮端的抱轴瓦因其本身的特殊结构而无法建立液体动压润滑。该抱轴瓦实际上是处于边界润滑状态。应以维持边界润滑状态为准则制订相应的润滑工艺,来解决运行中大量发生的抱轴瓦早期非正常磨损问题。
The analysis of bearing force of traction motor axle bearing of Dongfeng_4 locomotive under various operating conditions shows that the axial bearing near the gear end can not establish hydrodynamic lubrication because of its special structure. The axle bearing is actually in a state of border lubrication. Should be based on the principle of maintaining the boundary lubrication state to formulate the corresponding lubrication process to solve the large number of occurred in the operation of the early abnormal wear of the axle bearing.
