目的 :探讨钙调素拮抗剂 (CaMA)对人类精子的影响。 方法 :使用不同浓度盐酸桂利嗪溶液在体外与人精子相互作用 ,观察精子活力、ATP、超微结构变化。 结果 :盐酸桂利嗪能显著抑制精子活动率、运动速度 ,减少精子内ATP含量。电镜显示 :盐酸桂利嗪溶液作用后的精子细胞膜、顶体及线粒体的超微结构发生不同程度的损伤性变化。 结论 :盐酸桂利嗪可干扰精子的能量代谢 ,破坏精子的顶体结构 ,为CaMA类药物作为男性避孕药提供实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of calmodulin antagonist (CaMA) on human sperm. Methods: Different concentration of cinnarizine hydrochloride solution interacted with human sperm in vitro to observe sperm motility, ATP, ultrastructure changes. Results: Cinnarizine hydrochloride could significantly inhibit sperm motility, exercise speed and reduce the content of ATP in sperm. Electron microscopy showed that the ultrastructure of sperm cell membrane, acrosome and mitochondria under different concentrations of cinnamidine hydrochloride showed different degrees of damage. CONCLUSION: Cinnarizine hydrochloride can interfere with the energy metabolism of sperm, destroy the acrosome structure of sperm, and provide experimental evidence for CaMA drugs as male contraceptives.
