建设社会主义新农村,迫切需要大批高素质的农业科技人才。当前高职院校农林类专业的现状与困境令人担忧。由于农林类专业招生难、就业难,便不重视农林类专业的建设与发展,致使农林类专业快速萎缩并远离农业、农村、农民。农业高职如何走出困境,应引起社会的关注,特别是各级政府的重视,在招生、就业等方面出台切实可行的政策。学校应加快教学改革的步伐,使培养目标、培养方式更贴近“三农”的需求。 Building a new socialist countryside urgently requires a large number of highly qualified agricultural scientists and technicians. The status quo and predicament of the agriculture and forestry major in the current vocational colleges are worrying. Due to the difficulty of enrollment of agricultural and forestry professions and the difficulty of employment, they did not attach great importance to the construction and development of specialized agriculture and forestry professions, resulting in the rapidly shrinking of agriculture and forestry professions and their distance from agriculture, rural areas and farmers. How to get out of the predicament of agricultural higher vocational education should arouse the concern of the society, especially the attention of all levels of government, and put forward practicable policies on enrollment and employment.
