本文研究了三溴偶氮胂与锆显色反应的条件和性质,发现在1.21NHCl介质中,生成稳定的蓝紫络合物,λ_(m( ?))=630nm,ε_(630)=4.60×10~4,方法准确度高,选择性、稳定性好,在水相显色,简便、快速,用于岩石矿物中微量锆的测定,得到令人满意的结果。 1.主要试剂及仪器: 氧化锆标准溶液:1ml含10μgZrO_2(0.1NHCl溶液)。三溴偶氮胂〔简称TBA〕:0.1%水溶液(武汉大学合成)。 721-2型分光光度计。 2.试验方法:取10μg ZrO_2于25ml比色管中,加入6NHCl 2ml,(试剂空白补加0.1NHCl 1ml),加显色剂1ml,用水稀至10ml,摇匀,显色10分钟后,加水定容,摇匀。
In this paper, the conditions and properties of the chromogenic reaction of tribromoarsenazo with zirconium were studied. It was found that the stable blue-violet complex was formed in 1.21N HCl medium with λ_ (m) = 630 nm and ε_ (630) = 4.60 × 10 ~ 4.
