以秦烟96为材料,采用大田裂区试验设计,种植密度(D)为主区,氮素(N)为副区,分别设3个水平,研究氮用量、密度互作对烤烟圆顶期氮钾含量、光合特性及产量的影响,寻求适合烤烟生长的最佳施氮量和种植密度组合。初步研究结果表明,密度、氮用量及其互作均对烤烟圆顶期氮、钾含量和光合作用及产量影响显著,氮、钾、碳水化合物含量和净光合速率(Pn)均与产量呈显著正相关。产量和氮含量在3个密度下均以高氮量处理最高,而钾含量、Pn和碳水化合物含量均以中氮量处理最高。产量和钾含量在3个氮量下以中密度处理最高,而氮含量以低密度处理最高,Pn和碳水化合物含量以低、中密度处理最高。本试验条件下,秦烟96的最佳氮用量与密度组合为中密度高氮量(D2N3),适宜的氮肥用量和密度范围分别为88.10~103.19 kg/hm2、16 078~16 698株/hm2。
Taking QinYan 96 as material, the experimental design of field split zone was adopted. The planting density (D) was the main area and the nitrogen (N) was the subzone. Three levels were set up respectively. Potassium content, photosynthetic characteristics and yield, and to find the best combination of nitrogen application rate and planting density for the growth of flue-cured tobacco. Preliminary results showed that the effects of density, N content and their interaction on nitrogen and potassium content and photosynthesis and yield of domestication were significant, nitrogen and potassium, carbohydrate content and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) were significantly correlated with yield Positive correlation. The yield and nitrogen content were the highest under high nitrogen application at all three densities, while the highest content of potassium, Pn and carbohydrate was at middle nitrogen application. The yield and potassium content were the highest in medium density under the three nitrogen levels, while the highest in nitrogen and the lowest in medium and low density. Under the test conditions, the best combination of nitrogen and density of Qinyan 96 was medium density and high nitrogen (D2N3), and the suitable nitrogen application rate and density range were 88.10 ~ 103.19 kg / hm2 and 16078 ~ 16698 plants / hm2, respectively .
