目的:研究富含多不饱和脂肪酸的鱼油和豆油对低硒大鼠体内含硒酶活力的影响。方法:饲大鼠低硒粮四周后添加鱼油或豆油(50g/kg)继续饲养四周,观察对大鼠肝、肾T45-脱单碘酶(ID-I)和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力的影响。结果:低硒粮添加鱼油或豆油后,大鼠肝、肾ID-I活力降低,全血中GSH-Px活力亦明显降低;补充0.1μg/g硒后可预防PUFAs对二种酶活性的改变。结论:PU-FAs(鱼油或豆油)可使机体缺硒状态加重。
Objective: To investigate the effect of polyunsaturated fatty acid-rich fish oil and soybean oil on selenium-containing enzyme activity in selenium-deficient rats. Methods: The rats were fed with fish oil or soya oil (50g / kg) for four weeks after the rats were given selenium-enriched grain for four weeks. The effects of T45-deiodinase (ID-I) and whole blood glutathione Oxidase (GSH-Px) activity. Results: The activity of ID-I in liver and kidney decreased and the activity of GSH-Px in whole blood was significantly decreased after the addition of fish oil or soybean oil. The supplementation of 0.1μg / g selenium could prevent the activity of PUFAs against both enzymes change. Conclusion: PU-FAs (fish oil or soybean oil) can aggravate selenium deficiency.
