随着我国新课程教学改革的不断推进与发展,义务教学阶段不再过于追求学生的文化课程素养,转而追求对学生进行综合素质的培养教学,正是在这一背景下,我国体育教学事业得到了长足的进步与发展。但这并不意味着我国小学体育教学就是足够完善的,对于小学体育教学本身而言,其自身有着“教条化”“套路化”的教学局限性,这种体育教学的局限性在我国素质教育推广初期起到了一定的教学促进作用,但随着素质教育的发展与强化,教师就不得不考虑学生的学习个性与学科教学个性等内容对学科教学的影响。在这一情况下,小学体育教师想要为学生上好一堂体育课,就不能过分依赖原有的教学策略,要采用个性化教学策略推进教学发展。

Under this circumstance, primary school PE teachers should not rely too much on the original teaching strategies when they want to take a good physical education for their students, and should adopt personalized teaching strategies to promote the teaching development.
