借助无磨损效应原理的方法 ,研究了提高内燃机车柴油机的生产和运行效率的问题。指出了各装置的制造质量及其使用和加入润滑组分内含铜添加剂浓度的关系 ,以及摩擦表面的铜合金薄涂层对这些指标的影响。
With the method of wear-free effect principle, the problem of improving the production and operation efficiency of diesel locomotive diesel engine is studied. The manufacturing quality of each device and the relationship between its use and the concentration of copper additive added into the lubricating component are pointed out, and the influence of thin copper alloy coatings on the friction surface on these indexes is pointed out.
