第四届中国竹文化节将于2003年10月9～11日在湖北省咸宁召开。主办单位:国家林业局,湖北省人民政府,国际竹藤组织。协办单位:中国竹产业协会,湖北省林业局。 会议主题:弘扬竹文化、建生态文明,发展竹经济、奔小康社会。 指导思想:本着“隆重、热烈、节俭、高效”的原则,宣传竹业成就,组织经贸交流,探讨发展对策,树立中国竹业对外开放的良好形象,推动竹产业发展,让中国竹文化绽放异彩。
The 4th China Bamboo Culture Festival will be held in Xianning, Hubei Province from October 9 to October 11, 2003. Organizers: State Forestry Administration, Hubei Provincial People’s Government, International Bamboo and Rattan Organization. Co-organizers: China Bamboo Industry Association, Hubei Provincial Forestry Bureau. The theme of the conference: Carry forward bamboo culture, build ecological civilization, develop bamboo economy and run well-off society. Guiding ideology: Promote the achievements of bamboo industry, organize economic and trade exchanges, explore development strategies, establish a good image of opening up the Chinese bamboo industry, promote the development of bamboo industry and let the bamboo culture of China bloom in a spirit of “solemn, warm, thrifty and efficient” Splendor.
