分析了铸态及不同热处理工艺条件下高铬白口铸铁的组织和性能.结果表明:高铬白口铸铁铸态组织中共晶碳化物呈连续和断续网状分布,对材料的韧性损害较大.通过热处理后可改善共晶碳化物的形态及分布,同时使基体组织也得到强韧化配合.
The microstructure and properties of high chromium white cast iron under the condition of as-cast and different heat treatment were analyzed. The results show that the eutectic carbides in the as-cast high chromium white cast iron are continuously and discontinuously distributed in the as-cast structure, which greatly damages the toughness of the material. After heat treatment can improve the morphology and distribution of eutectic carbide, while the matrix organization also get toughening cooperation.
