在体育活动中,学生的运动损伤时有发生,而有的运动损伤是由于学生的运动服装及携带物准备不妥所造成的,为此,作为体育教师应教学生一些常识,同时加强安全检查,相信这些不必要的伤害事故完全可以避免。 穿合适的鞋 首先,严禁穿硬底鞋参加体育活动,特别应禁止女学生穿高跟鞋参加体育活动。硬底鞋的弹性小,缓冲能力弱,易造成脚落地时的伤害,同时,也易使脚擦伤。所以,应穿运动鞋或软底布鞋参加体育活动。
