目的探讨成人空腹血糖(FPG)与血中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LCL-C)及尿酸(UA)的关系。方法用酶法检测5381名健康体检者FPG、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C及UA的浓度,根据FPG水平分为正常组、空腹血糖受损(IFG)组、糖尿病(DM)组,对各组指标进行分析。结果随血糖浓度的增高,TG、TC、LDL-C浓度及异常率呈升高趋势,TG在各组间,TC、LDL-C在正常组与其他两组间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HDL-C浓度呈降低趋势,但在各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与正常组相比,IFG组的UA浓度及异常率明显增高(P<0.01)。UA浓度在糖尿病组与正常组之间差异无统计学意义。结论 IFG可出现代谢紊乱;血脂、UA增高可能是糖尿病并发症的危险因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship between fasting blood glucose (FPG) and blood total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LCL-C) and uric acid Relationship. Methods The levels of FPG, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and UA in 5381 healthy volunteers were detected by enzymatic method and divided into normal group, IFG group, DM group according to FPG level , Each group of indicators for analysis. Results The concentration of TG, TC, LDL-C and the abnormal rate tended to rise with the increase of blood glucose concentration. There were significant differences in TG, TC and LDL-C between the normal group and the other two groups (P <0.01). The concentration of HDL-C showed a decreasing trend, but there was no significant difference among the groups (P> 0.05). Compared with normal group, UA concentration and abnormal rate in IFG group were significantly increased (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in UA concentration between diabetic group and normal group. Conclusions IFG may have metabolic disorder. Increased blood lipids and UA may be risk factors for diabetic complications.
