基于对某型民用飞机两种不同设计方案的高压导管的动力学分析,总结出了高压导管的动力学设计方法。首先运用Patran 2010建立了两种不同方案的高压导管有限元模型,通过模态分析对比分析了两种设计方案的优劣,并根据计算分析结果归纳总结出了高压导管动力学设计方法。本文的计算分析结果对民用飞机高压导管的力学性能设计提供了一定的工程依据和指导作用。
Based on the dynamic analysis of two kinds of high pressure ducts of a civil aircraft, the dynamic design method of high pressure ducts is summarized. Firstly, two different schemes of high-pressure catheter finite element model were established by Patran 2010. The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes were compared and analyzed by modal analysis. Based on the calculation and analysis results, the design method of high-pressure pipe dynamics was summarized. The results of the calculation and analysis of this paper provide some engineering basis and guidance for the design of mechanical performance of high pressure duct for civil aircraft.
