随着新课改的不断深入,初中物理教师面临着诸多困惑:教材中新增了大量的探究式内容,对知识技能教学目标落实造成很大影响怎么办?为了有效的调控课堂,把握不好“管”与“放”的分寸怎么办?新教材中问题多而新,开放性强,教师回答不出学生的问题怎么办?等等我经过多年教学实践,认为新课改要求我们更新教育理念,真正转变教师角色,做学生学习的引导者、组织者;做新课程的开发者和建设者;做教育教学的研究者。
