前言预制拼装的混凝土渡槽、隧洞或渠道的混凝土衬砌,其拼装接缝或伸缩缝都必需采用适宜的接缝止水材料,使结构物形成整体且防止渗漏。接缝止水材料的性能及质量,将直接影响接缝处的止水效果,接缝止水效果的好坏,对防止水流损失,提高用水效率,确保工程安全,起着重要作用。接缝止水材料,过去有用沥青材料,如沥青油毡、沥青麻绳或沥青砂浆,但其低温变形性能差,易老化,且与混凝土面粘结不好,以致效果较差而使建筑物漏水。后有用较高级的止水材料,即U形橡皮板,用扁钢并通过螺栓压紧,或用环氧树脂直接粘贴,但成本较高,而且环氧材料的施工条件要求较严格,使用较为麻烦。近年来,,我省学习了屋面防渗工程及外省渠道接缝防渗的经验,应用了聚氯乙烯胶泥(以下简称胶泥)作为接缝止水材料,取得了显著的技术经济效果。此材料性能优良,价格较廉,施工工艺也不太复杂,故深受使用单位欢迎。

In recent years, our province has learned the experience of roofing seepage control projects and seepage control of sewer joints in other provinces. The application of polyvinyl chloride clay (hereinafter referred to as clay) as a sewer sealing material has achieved remarkable technical and economical results. The material performance, low cost, construction technology is not too complicated, it is welcomed by the user.
