利用金属蒸气法制备高分散金属负载催化剂 Pd/Mgo、Pd/γ-Al_2O_3、Pd/SiO_2、Pd/TiO_2、Pd/ZrO_2以及它们在二丙酮醇、环十二碳三烯、苯的力口氢反应中的催化性能,并与普通浸渍法制备的倦化剂进行比较。实验结果表明,在所有这些加氢反应中,溶剂化金属原子浸渍法制备的催化剂(SMAI 催化剂)比对应的普通浸溃法制备的催化剂具有较高的催化活性。这是因为 SMAI催化剂金属粒度小,分散度高以及零价金属原子百分数高。
The Pd / Mgo, Pd / γ-Al 2 O 3, Pd / SiO 2, Pd / TiO 2, Pd / ZrO 2 and their hydrazine in the presence of diacetone alcohol, cyclododecatriene and benzene were prepared by metal vapor method The catalytic performance in the reaction was compared with that of the burn-in agent prepared by ordinary impregnation method. The experimental results show that in all of these hydrogenation reactions, the catalyst prepared by solvated metal atom impregnation method (SMAI catalyst) has higher catalytic activity than the corresponding ordinary impregnation method. This is because the SMAI catalyst metal has a small particle size, a high degree of dispersion, and a high atomic percentage of zero-valent metal.
