病历摘要 患者,男,53岁,干部,因言语不清,进食、水发呛1天于1972年11月1日入院。 患者于入院前1天上午10时许突然言语不利,逐渐加重,下午则不能讲话,张口伸舌也困难,进食、水则呛。下午7时许送某医院急诊。该院检查:血压240/110毫米汞柱,神清、不能伸舌,饮水则呛,软腭活动度差,咽反射迟钝、四肢活动好,双侧病理征阳性,颈稍有抵抗,腰穿:压力150毫米水柱,细胞总数23,白细胞1,蛋白45毫克％,拟诊“脑血
