目的探讨高粘度骨水泥椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床治疗效果。方法 124例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各62例。均行椎体成形术治疗,观察组给予高粘度骨水泥,对照组给予普通骨水泥。对比两组疗效。结果两组治疗后椎体高度高于治疗前,Cobb角低于治疗前,观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨水泥渗漏率(8.06%)低于对照组(38.71%)(P<0.05)。结论高粘度骨水泥椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折可有效改善患者临床症状,值得广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high viscosity cementless vertebroplasty on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods 124 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 62 cases in each. All patients underwent vertebroplasty. The observation group was given high viscosity cement and the control group was given ordinary cement. Compare two groups curative effect. Results The vertebral height of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment, Cobb angle was lower than before treatment, and the improvement degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). In the observation group, the rate of cement leakage (8.06%) was lower than that of the control group (38.71%) (P <0.05). Conclusion High viscosity cementless vertebroplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, it is worth widely disseminated.
