目的 评价暗示性心理护理对自身免疫学肝病患者情绪改善等方面的积极影响.方法 选择我院2019年3月-2020年1月期间的80例自身免疫学肝病患者,以1:1比例法分为采取常规护理、配合暗示性心理护理的2组(对照组、观察组).比较2组自身免疫学肝病患者的护理满意度问卷调查结果 以及负性情绪评分改善情况,以焦虑自评量表(Self-RatingAnxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-RatingDepression Scale,SDS)评估.结果 干预后,观察组肝病患者的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理问卷结果 比较,观察组总满意度97.50％高于对照组75.00％(P<0.05).结论 加强暗示性心理护理对于改善自身免疫学肝病患者的情绪具有积极意义,患者满意度高.
