针对ALSTOM气化炉控制基准问题,结合输入输出约束,设计了一种适应性非线性控制器。该控制器以反馈线性化的思想处理非线性,并将耦合和未知扰动等均视为外扰进行观测和补偿,从而具有结构简单,控制参数物理意义明确,强适应性和抗干扰性的特点。动态测试结果表明,基于非线性模型的适应性非线性控制,优化后的系统满足所有的控制要求;负荷从50%增加到100%时,能迅速跟踪负荷变化,并对于煤质扰动具有一定的适应性。
Aiming at the control benchmarks of ALSTOM gasifier, an adaptive nonlinear controller is designed based on the input and output constraints. The controller treats the nonlinearity by the idea of feedback linearization and treats the coupling and the unknown disturbance as external disturbances to observe and compensate, so that it has the characteristics of simple structure, definite physical meaning of control parameters, strong adaptability and anti-interference . The results of dynamic test show that the optimized system can meet all the control requirements based on the nonlinear model of adaptive nonlinear control.
