用纸电泳法分离检测果糖二磷酸钠中有关物质6磷酸果糖及果糖,分离效果好,方法简便快速,检出灵敏度高。以枸橼酸盐缓冲液(pH30)为电泳缓冲液,采用中速薄型定量层析滤纸作电泳滤纸,电压梯度18V/cm,电泳80min,用盐酸间苯二胺乙醇液显色。以果糖二磷酸钠泳动距离为100,6磷酸果糖和果糖的相对迁移率(n=12)分别为074±006、012±003。最低检出量分别为果糖二磷酸钠2μg,6磷酸果糖5μg,果糖025μg。

The relative mobility of fructose-fructose and fructose was 074 ± 006 and 012 ± 003, respectively. The lowest detection rates were 2μg of fructose diphosphate, 6μg of fructose 5μg, fructose 0 25μg.
