近30年来,各大跨国石油公司特经营重点放在资源和市场的全球化配置、技术创新上,通过调整机构、加强管理、变革业务程序等措施,不断保持自己的国际竞争力。20世纪90年代以来,为了适应全球化和信息化带来的经营环境的巨变,应对逐步激烈的国际竞争环境,各大跨国石油石化公司进行了一系列的战略调整与管理变革:突出核心和优势业务、加大对技术创新的投入、经营战略全球化、购并白热化、组织结构扁平网络化、运营一体化、管理决策信息化以及产品和服务差别化,等等。这些战略新趋势值得我国企业密切关注和学习
In the recent 30 years, the major multinational oil companies have focused on the globalization of resources and markets, technological innovation, and constantly maintained their international competitiveness through such measures as adjusting their institutions, strengthening management and changing business procedures. Since the 1990s, in order to adapt to the drastic changes in the business environment brought by globalization and informationization and to cope with the increasingly fierce international competition environment, major multinational oil and petrochemical companies have carried out a series of strategic adjustments and management changes: highlighting the core and advantages Business, increased investment in technological innovation, globalization of business strategies, intensive mergers and acquisitions, flat network of organizational structure, integration of operations, informationization of management decision-making and differentiation of products and services, and so on. These new strategic trends deserve our country’s enterprises to pay close attention and study
