本研究采用材料力学和生物学性能测试的方法,分析了烧结温度对羟磷灰石的性能所造成的影响,结果表明:①提高烧结温度使羟磷灰石的一些力学性能指标有所改善(断裂韧性和抗弯强度),但同时使其硬度和脆性大大高于骨组织.因此,从力学性能总体观察,并未能使其与骨组织相匹配.②羟磷灰石的生物学性能随烧结温度的提高而降低.因此,我们认为进一步改善羟磷灰石的性能是一个很复杂的问题,单纯用提高烧结温度的方法并不能取得令人满意的结果.
In this study, the influence of sintering temperature on the properties of hydroxyapatite was analyzed by using the method of material mechanics and biological performance testing. The results showed that: (1) some sintering properties improved the mechanical properties of hydroxyapatite Fracture toughness and flexural strength), but at the same time, its hardness and brittleness are much higher than that of bone tissue, therefore, the overall observation of mechanical properties failed to match with the bone tissue.②The biological properties of hydroxyapatite Therefore, we believe that to further improve the performance of hydroxyapatite is a very complex issue, simply by increasing the sintering temperature and can not get satisfactory results.
