射采联作技术将射孔与下泵生产合二为一,射孔作业后无需起出管柱,便可进行油井投产,简化施工工序,降低作业成本,防止井喷事故。本文主要介绍了该工艺在大港油田采油二厂的使用情况,经过现场16井次的使用,证明该工艺可满足生产需求且达到了节能增产的效果,很好的减轻了油层的污染并缩短了占井的周期。该工艺技术在大港油田采油二产具有良好的适应性,将进一步推广使用。
The shooting and mining cooperation technology combines the perforation and the production under the pump. After the perforation does not need to lift the pipe string, it can be put into operation, simplify the construction process, reduce the operation cost and prevent the blowout accident. This paper introduces the use of this process in Dagang Oilfield No.2 Plant. After 16 times of on-site use, it proves that this process can meet the production demand and achieve the effect of energy-saving and stimulation. It can well reduce the pollution of oil layer and shorten The well’s cycle. The process technology in Dagang Oilfield second production has good adaptability, will be further promoted.
