对新型涡轮盘用高性能粉末高温合金FGH4098 Ⅰ进行过固溶热处理，借助场发射扫描电镜和透射电镜结合EBSD技术研究了不同冷却速度对其晶界形态的影响。结果表明，随着固溶冷却速度增加，晶界振幅A、晶界曲率GBCR和晶界表观宽度w呈指数衰减，晶界波长λ则呈线性增大。FGH4098 Ⅰ合金中弯曲晶界由二次γ’相的突起生长和扇形结构发展所造成。
