采用自制紫外光返黄装置进行紫外光照辐射,研究光诱导返黄过程中竹沥液对粉单竹中分离出的纤维素的白度影响,比较了返黄前后纤维的表面变化和结构变化,探讨了高得率竹浆易于返黄原因。结果发现,添加竹沥液后纤维的白度降低了9.02%ISO,同时还影响纸张的返黄性能。SEM观察到纤维表面吸附着竹沥液,DSC和红外光谱分析发现紫外光照前后竹沥液结构发生变化,生成了新的发色结构。竹沥液吸附在纤维上会降低竹浆白度,提高竹浆返黄程度。
The effect of bamboo leachate on the whiteness of cellulose isolated from Dictyophora sphaerocephala was studied by UV light yellowing device. The changes of surface and structure of fiber before and after yellowing were compared A high yield bamboo easy to back to yellow reason. The results showed that the whiteness of bamboo fiber was reduced by 9.02% ISO after adding bamboo leachate, and it also affected the yellowing performance of the paper. SEM observation showed that bamboo fiber was adsorbed on the fiber surface. DSC and FTIR analysis showed that the structure of bamboo leachate changed before and after UV irradiation, and a new hair color structure was formed. Bamboo leachate adsorbed on the fiber will reduce the whiteness of bamboo pulp, bamboo pulp to improve the degree of back to yellow.
