重要提示:根据银发[1988]110号文件精神,全国各地信用社共认购财政债券26.68亿元,按照文件规定,期限两年,利率8％,计单利。1990年财国债字第94号文件又规定兑付期推迟至1995年7月15日,推迟期间的年利率仍为8％,不计复利。 今年2月24日财政部发布的《中华人民共和国财政部公告》(第3号)中的第3条对上述债券的兑付期、计息期、年利率等问题按照前述规定做了重申(附后)。总行信用合作管理部提请各地联社、信用社要遵照财政部公告要求,及时向当地人民银行兑付所购债券本息,兑付过程中如遇问题请及时逐级上报。 总行信用合作管理部
