液压支架作为煤炭综合机械化开采的支护设备,对煤矿安全和综采技术的提高至关重要,液压支架中立柱、千斤顶和各种销轴常用以下6种材料:40Cr、45、27SiMn、30CrMnTi、30CrMnSi、40CrMnMo。通过对各种材料淬透性试验,了解其特性,绘制不同规格材料在不同淬火介质下的硬度分布曲线,为液压支架设计和制造提供有效的依据。
Hydraulic support as a comprehensive mechanized coal mining support equipment, coal mine safety and comprehensive mining technology is essential to enhance the hydraulic support columns, jacks and various pin shaft commonly used the following six kinds of materials: 40Cr, 45,27 SiMn, 30CrMnTi, 30CrMnSi, 40CrMnMo. Through a variety of materials hardenability test to understand its characteristics, draw different specifications of the material in different quenching medium hardness distribution curve for hydraulic support design and manufacture to provide an effective basis.
