随着我国进出口贸易量的增加,外贸人才的培养日益重要。民办高职院校在外贸人才培养中应该建立自己特色,笔者在对《外贸单证实务》的课程教学中,通过对教学方法的改革,将过去教师为主导的单一教学法逐步向项目导向教学法,改善民办高职学生学习方法,提高他们学习积极性和学习能力,同时构建企业岗位仿真情景,形成与岗位相似的氛围,缩短学生成为外贸专业人员的磨合期,为日后走上岗位打下夯实的基础。
