目前正处于领导干部队伍新老交替的高峰时期,一大批年轻的知识型专业型干部走上了各级领导岗位,为适应事业发展的需要,大力加强年轻干部队伍建设,不断提高年轻干部的素质,这成为当前干部工作的当务之急。年轻领导干部必须在行为观念、行为修养和行为关系等三个方面加强自己的修养。
