基于华南某LNG接收站现场生产实际,利用流程模拟软件HYSYS进行工艺流程模拟,得到各设备的能耗参数,并利用单因素分析法,从BOG组分、BOG处理量、外输温度方面分析了其变化对该接收站能耗的影响情况。结果表明,随着LNG组分中甲烷含量的增加,BOG处理量的增加以及外输温度的升高,接收站的能耗均为上升趋势。并以此为根据,提出来料LNG分罐储存以减少BOG产生量和提高天然气外输温度的措施,以达到节能降耗的目的。
Based on the actual field production of a LNG receiving station in South China, the process simulation software HYSYS was used to simulate the process flow, and the energy consumption parameters of each equipment were obtained. Based on the single factor analysis, the BOG components, BOG throughput, The impact of changes on the energy consumption of the receiving station. The results show that with the increase of methane content in LNG components, the increase of BOG treatment capacity and the increase of temperature, the energy consumption of receiving stations are on the rise. Based on this, the measures to reduce the BOG production and increase the natural gas output temperature are put forward to save energy and reduce consumption.
