目的 介绍自行研制并获得国家实用新型专利的口腔根管治疗电子仿真实验教学模型的主要构成以及功能特点,探索其在牙体牙髓病学实验教学中的应用效果.方法 将160名学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用自制的电子仿真模型进行教学,对照组采用传统教学方式进行教学,记录学生的考核成绩并进行问卷调查.结果 与对照组学生相比,实验组学生取得了更好的考核成绩,新的教学方式获得较好的教学效果.结论 与传统教学方法相比,根管治疗电子仿真实验教学模型能够让医学生更好地掌握牙体牙髓病学根管治疗基本操作技能并增强心理适应能力.“,”Objective To introduce the principal compositions and characteristics of the electronic simulation root canal therapy experimental teaching model that has received the nation certificate of utility model patent of China,and to study its application in experimental teaching of endodontics.Methods One hundred and sixty students were divided into experiment group (taught by electronic simulation root canal therapy experimental teaching model) and control group (taught by traditional teaching method) in experimental teaching of endodontics.The data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0.Results Compared with control group,the students in experiment group had better grades and gave good evaluation in the new teaching method.Conclusions The electronic simulation root canal therapy experimental teaching model is a better method for medical students to master the operation of root canal therapy and strengthen the adaptive faculty of mentality than traditional teaching method.
