为明确滇楸叶斑病病原菌(Glomerella cingulata)的生物学特性和选用最适抑菌剂,湖北工程学院生命科学技术学院科研人员对不同条件下的病原菌菌丝生长进行了观察和室内药剂平板筛选。结果表明:滇楸叶斑病原菌菌丝生长的适温为21℃~28℃,致死温度为45℃,在pH4~7的范围内生长良好,碳源和氮源分别以蔗糖和硝酸钠为宜。5种供试杀菌剂对该病原菌的生长均有一定抑制作用,其中苯醚甲环唑抑制效果最好,在推荐使用质量浓度1.00毫克/毫升下,相对抑菌率达93.6%,在此基础上再稀释5倍后,抑菌率仍达82.7%;其次
In order to clarify the biological characteristics of Glomerella cingulata and to choose the best bacteriostat, researchers at Hubei College of Life Science and Technology observed the mycelium growth of pathogenic bacteria under different conditions and the indoor pharmacy plate screening .
