建筑围护系统节能作为建筑节能分部的子分部工程,包括墙体节能、门窗节能、屋面节能、地面节能等分项工程,因节能效果好、效费比低而应用前景广泛。但我国该行业的质量管理不到位,制约和影响了我国建筑节能的实现。本文的主要目的是将全面质量管理(TQM)理论引入到建筑围护系统节能工程质量管理当中,构建“三全一多样”的质量管理优化方案来实现质量管理,解决以往围护系统节能质量管理过程中的问题,达到建筑节能的目的。有效提升了该工程的节能质量管理水平,有助于实现既定的节能管理目标。
Energy conservation of building envelope system As a subdivision project of building energy conservation division, including energy saving of wall, energy saving of windows and doors, energy saving of roofing and ground energy saving, it has wide application prospect due to its good energy-saving effect and low cost-effective ratio. However, the quality management of this industry in our country is not in place, restricting and affecting the realization of building energy efficiency in our country. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce Total Quality Management (TQM) theory into the quality management of building envelope system energy conservation project and to build a quality management optimization program of “all three and one diversity” to achieve quality management and to solve the problems of previous envelope system Energy-saving quality management problems in the process, to achieve the purpose of building energy efficiency. Effectively improve the project’s energy-saving quality management level, help to achieve the established energy-saving management goals.
