目的和方法:本课题着重研究高污染北京地区冬季是否增加患慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者对PM2.5暴露引起肺泡慢性炎症反应的易感性及其机制。同时通过大流量采样器连续收集北京地区冬季PM2.5的组分进行组分分析,分析表明有机物苯并芘(BaP)是其重要的组分之一。因此进一步通过离体培养人Ⅱ型肺上皮细胞系A549细胞的实验观察BaP是否直接引起
Aims and Methods: This study focuses on the susceptibility of chronic airway disease (COPD) to chronic alveolar inflammation induced by PM2.5 exposure in high-polluting Beijing area in winter and its mechanism. At the same time, the components of PM2.5 in winter in Beijing were continuously collected by large flow sampler for component analysis, and the analysis indicated that organic matter BaP was one of the important components. Therefore, we further observed whether BaP is directly induced by the in vitro culture of human type II lung epithelial cell line A549
