经济的飞速发展为企业成长带来了广阔的空间,随着企业规模的扩大和发展的深入,其面临的问题和经营风险也更大,企业内控管理的完善逐渐成为企业变革发展的重要内容,信息化内控更是重中之重。内控管理中信息化的应用不仅是管理手段的革新,更是理念以及方式上的创新,是企业与时俱进的产物,具有非常重要的现实意义。本文以信息化的内容和影响为基础,以内控制管理设计原则为前提,对信息化在内控管理中的具体应用进行了简单分析。

The improvement of internal control of enterprises gradually becomes an important part of the enterprise’s transformation and development. Information internal control is the most important. The application of information technology in internal control management is not only the innovation of management methods, but also the idea and method innovation. Based on the content and influence of information technology, this article makes a simple analysis on the specific application of information technology in internal control management based on the principle of internal control management design.
