我们自1983年始,应用立愈汤随证加减治疗头痛165例疗效满意。165例中,男98例,女67例,年龄最小20岁,最大85岁,病程最短3天,最长35年。立愈汤组成:土茯苓30 g,首乌9 g,防风6 g,天麻6 g,当归6 g,每日1帖煎服,7天为1疗程。可按中医辨证部位配伍用药。如:太阳经选羌活或麻黄,葛根;少阳经选、川芎或柴胡,酒芩;阳明经选、白芷或升麻,葛根;厥阴经选:茱萸或肉桂,细辛。特定配伍用药,
Since 1983, we have applied Liyu Decoction to treat 165 cases of headache with addition and subtraction. Among 165 cases, 98 were males and 67 were females.
