普通长型多孔喷油嘴结构如图1所示,喷油嘴针阀升程h一般为0.20~0.45mm,与轴针式喷油嘴不同,工作时燃油的通过截面积与针阀升程无关,而取决于喷孔的直径和孔数。喷孔直径一般为0.15~0.80mm,孔数不超过10个。喷孔轴线夹角及方向取决于燃烧室形状、大小及喷油器在缸盖上的安装位置与方向,轴线夹角一般为0°~180°。针阀开启压力一般为18~30MPa,随着柴油机和喷油泵的强化有逐渐增高的趋势。
