目的:在医院信息管理系统(HIS)的基础上建立检验科临床实验室信息管理系统(LIS),实现临床检验工作从标本申请、采集、签收、检测、结果保存、报告输送的自动化。方法:以医院信息科中心计算机局域网拟采用太网结构配置服务器。在所有临床科室采用预条码化的真空采血管、尿杯及粪管等标本采集容器,进行临床标本的采集,并以条码为中心将病人基本信息,检测信息与标本的容器三者有机地联系在一起,实现全程无纸化检验[1]。结果:实现检验科工作的计算机化,检验过程的全程无纸化,统一打印报告,缩短了检验报告的发出时间,减少了因申请单报告单传递而引起的交叉感染。结论:基层医院使用检验科信息管理系统,可提高检验科的检验质量和管理水平,提高检验工作效率,杜绝人为差错。提升了基层医院现代化管理水平。
Objective: To establish a clinical laboratory information management system (LIS) on the basis of a Hospital Information Management System (HIS) to automate clinical inspections from specimen application, collection, signing, testing, results preservation, and report delivery. Method: The hospital information center center computer LAN is planned to use Tainet structure configuration server. In all clinical departments, pre-barcoded specimen collection containers such as vacuum blood collection tubes, urine cups, and fecal tubes were used to collect clinical specimens, and the basic information and detection information of the patients were contacted with the containers of the specimens using the barcode as the center. Together, to achieve a full paperless inspection [1]. Results: The computerization of the laboratory work was accomplished, the entire process of the inspection process was paperless, the report was uniformly printed, the time for issuing the inspection report was shortened, and the cross infection caused by the delivery of the application form report slip was reduced. Conclusion: The use of the laboratory information management system in primary hospitals can improve the quality and management of laboratory tests, improve the efficiency of inspections, and eliminate human errors. Improve the level of modern hospital management.
