人才储备制度已经成为制造业企业竞争和发展的重要保障,作为企业人才储备的重要来源,高职院校建立完善的职业生涯规划教育体系,有助于为企业培养高质量合格人才。现阶段高职院校学生职业生涯教育在与企业衔接和整合、教育模式、地位和前瞻性、师资队伍方面存在薄弱环节。以人才储备为引导,完善和延伸生涯教育阶段,校企合作开发课程体系,提高师资队伍建设水平,成为高职院校学生职业生涯教育体系完善的重要对策。
Talent reserve system has become an important guarantee for the competition and development of manufacturing enterprises. As an important source of talent pool for enterprises, the establishment of a sound career planning education system in higher vocational colleges helps to train qualified qualified personnel for enterprises.
