目的运用空间信息技术和大数据技术建设登革热风险评估系统,为实施疾病风险的快速评估提供信息化平台和科学依据。方法基于混合编程语言,结合Sa TScan、ENVI、Arc GIS等软件功能,采用二次开发方法开展风险评估系统的开发。结果成功研发了一套基于空间信息技术和大数据技术的登革热风险评估系统,并对系统的总体设计、功能模块和关键技术进行了详细介绍,系统的主要功能包括时空聚集探测、影响因素提取、风险评估、大数据分析和可视化;以2014年中国大陆登革热的爆发为应用案例,从全国、广东省和广州市三个尺度实现了登革热疫情的风险评估及相应专题产品的生产。结论该系统的建立为我国典型区域登革热风险的快速评估提供了全新的信息化平台,提高了登革热监测评估的自动化水平。
Objective To establish a risk assessment system for dengue using spatial information technology and big data technology to provide an information platform and scientific basis for the rapid assessment of disease risk. Method Based on mixed programming language, combined with the software functions of Sa TScan, ENVI and Arc GIS, the method of secondary development was used to develop the risk assessment system. Results A dengue risk assessment system based on spatial information technology and big data technology was successfully developed. The overall design, function modules and key technologies of the system were introduced in detail. The main functions of the system include spatiotemporal aggregation detection, factor extraction, Risk assessment, big data analysis and visualization. Taking the outbreak of dengue fever in Mainland China as an application case in 2014, the risk assessment of dengue outbreak and the production of corresponding thematic products were realized from three scales of the whole country, Guangdong Province and Guangzhou. Conclusion The establishment of this system provides a new information platform for the rapid assessment of dengue fever risk in typical areas of China and enhances the automation of monitoring and evaluation of dengue fever.
