应用速率法对老年糖尿病、高血压和冠心病患者尿液NAG和GAL进行了测定.结果老年糖尿病患者尿液NAG(25.97±8.58 U/g·Cr)和GAl.(17.07±5.33U/g·Cr)高于健康对照组(NAG20.10±5.61U/g·Cr,GAI.12.41±4.13U/g·Cr).老年高血压组NAG(25.42±10.17U/g·Cr).老年冠心病组NAG和GAL(24.80±7.81 U/g·Cr,15.21±5.82U/g·Cr)与对照组比较均有显著性差异.提示:老年糖尿病、高血压和寇心病患者都有不同程度的早期肾实质性损伤,尤以糖尿病患者更为明显.
